Hermeta DA20000 is a 100% active content polymeric dispersant which improves pigment dispersion and stability in liquid organic media.
• Common solvent flexo ink formulation has between 13-17% pigment loading.
Yellow/Orange/Red colors will have the following additive ratios.
Dispersing Agent DA20000 is 10-15% of the pigment loading.
Synergist 22000 is about 1/5 – 1/8 of the Dispersing Agent.
Hermeta Synergist DA5000, DA12000，is used as an emulsifier & dispersing agent for pigments and for the preparations for cosmetics & pharmaceuticals. It’s considered non-hazardous and it has no odor. It is soluble in isopropanol, xylene, cotton seed oil, tetracarp, mineral oil / paraffin (NOT soluble in water).
• Common solvent flexo ink formulation has between 13-17% pigment loading.
Blue/Green/Black/Violet colors will have the following additive ratios.
Dispersing Agent DA20000is 10-15% of the pigment loading.
Synergist 5000 or 12000 is about 1/4 to 1/3 of the Dispersing Agent.
